After initial skepticism regarding both the effectiveness and the "fitting" in the shoe, I am convinced of the Powerinsole! I particularly feel the effect after long training sessions and/or competitions. I recover faster and can therefore train more efficiently. This is reflected in my training and competition data. Currently, I am recovering from a sprained ankle. The typical bruises disappeared quickly with the Powerinsole (increased blood circulation). It's simply wonderful when the promised effect actually occurs amidst the plethora of "biohacking/self-optimization" tools!
Therefore: Whether during sports or in daily life - the Powerinsole is in my shoe!
